We can basically assist you with;

1. Intellectual property inscription this starts by making a research of similarities to determine the possibilities of registration, in some countries a reservation is possible, then a more delicate phase is that of  the real process of “Registration” .

This inscription on the registry, can be at National level or European level,  but register in one single country of the European Union does not worth it. This will allow you to have a minimum protection and reduce your initial cost but will be more expensive on the long run.

Once your business develop in the European market, because the free circulation of goods and persons, European level protection is necessary and inscription at the highest level is therefore advise from the very beginning. At a later stage we can “elevate” your protection to International.

But before this step you need a search, or a “Research of similarities” to determine the possibilities of registration, in some countries a reservation is possible, then a more delicate phase is that of “Registration” for which we strongly recommend the use of an Attorney at law as us since if this step aborts because or “Red tape” or a "Technicality" it could delay your protection for two years sending you back to square one.

2. Registration, for which we strongly recommend the use of our legal professional services plus the use of a local Attorney. We present the advantage of being physically in Spain able to visit the Intellectual property office and remove any obstacle in person immediately.

3. The last step is obtaining your Certificate and if required Authenticating it. But, once you have your Intellectual property inscribed there are “ Watch”, “Renewals” and “Use” that are necessary to protect you and to consolidate your ideas.
